NOTE: THIS ROLE HAS BEEN CAST
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to recast one of the lead roles in our horror short, Inner Devils.
Black Dust Films, in association with Restless Chimp Films, will be filming Inner Devils in Glasgow over 3.5 days in May (12th to 14th, plus a half day in w/c May 16th or w/c May 23rd).
This is a micro-budget production. All roles are paid at non-Equity rates.
Story
Inner Devils is about the battle for Ryan’s soul fought by Father Luca Diaz, a newly ordained priest and cousin to Ryan’s wife, Elena, and brother-in-law, Alex. The demon’s knowledge of a dark secret in Luca’s past threatens to tear the family apart.
Role
Father Luca Diaz: A newly ordained priest with a dark past involving crime and drugs. He found the light during his last bout in prison. Now, with Ryan he is dealing with his first exorcism and must confront demons of his own.

- Build: Tall, slender/medium
Pay
The project is privately, and modestly, funded by the writer/director, and therefore fees are below Equity rates. We are offering a flat fee of £200 for 3.5 days and one rehearsal session. Travel expenses within Glasgow will be covered.
Casting Process
Deadline for submissions is Friday 15th April.
Deadline for self-tapes Tuesday 19th April at 5pm.
